I
will give some examples of NMR methods used in the Colloid and Polymer Science
area that I have used in my research in this field over the last 20 years.
These methods include spin relaxation to describe dynamical phenomena on a
local scale, and self-diffusion to describe dynamics on a larger spatial scale.
Information on both structure and dynamics in organized liquids of various
kinds are rather easily extracted using these methods.
