Instruments
- Open access
- Bruker DPX300 with BACS automatic sample changer. Users are e-mailed automatically when an experiment is finished. Any new data set is automatically transferred to one of the processing PCs.
- Bruker DPX200.
- Varian Gemini200/2000.
- The two 200 MHz instruments and the 300 MHz instrument and three processing PCs as well as a Windows 2003 server with 5 licenses of TopSpin are used under open access.
Booking
- Limited access
- Bruker AV600 (with cryo probe). Used for hyphenated LC-MS-NMR applications, off-line LC-NMR using a fraction collector as well as ordinary NMR applications.
- Bruker DMX200. This instrument is used for solid state NMR and diffusion measurements.
- Maran Ultra 23 MHz (0.5 Tesla) instrument. The spectrometer is used for 1H - T1, T2 and T1rho studies (HR) and also used for diffusion studies.
- Bruker DRX500. This instrument is used for all kinds of NMR spectrosopy except solid state applications.
- Bruker AVII600 (with cryo probe). This instrument is called the "Triple Alliance Instrument" and is dedicated to studies of biomolecules. This instrument is co owned with UMB (22 %) and the Norwegian School of Veterinary Sciences (22 %).
- The time slots on the AVII600 instrument are distributed for three month periods by a separate committe consiting of two University of Oslo employees, one person from UMB and one person from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Sciences .
- The time slots on the DRX500 and the AV600 instruments are distributed regularly.
